Brief:
Take care of rebranding form TNT Post to PostNL at the business points, retail locations and their corporate offices.

Approach:
Build a project organisation in which all tasks could be completed in one visit, taking into account the opening hours of the location. Actuation of subcontractors and feedback via CI-Control.

Results:
Within three months all 2300 locations and buildings were featuring the new brand identity, with no inconvenience for location owners nor clients and visitors.
