Brief:
Implement the new brand identity in a short timeframe on the vehicle fleet, that is spread through large parts of the Netherlands and Germany.

Approach:
Deployment of regional assembly teams made it possible to assemble the cars on their specific location, thereby reducing the use of alternative transport and minimising the inconvenience for drivers.

Results:
Good cooperation with the fleet manager and the use of CI-Control ensured that the tight schedule was met and provided a firm foundation for brand management.
