Brief:
Implement the new brand identity on the fleet within three weeks, with minimal inconvenience for drivers and taking into account the variety of vehicles.

Approach:
The design has been converted into decoration sets for various types of vehicles. Tight planning using CI-Control, combined with supervision of RGN at location and the provision of alternative transport, ensured a quick and smooth rebranding.

Results:
All the vehicles were provided with the new brand identity within the stated deadline, with minimal inconvenience for drivers. Furthermore, we have structured the processes to make the handling of theme changes and damage repairs more efficient.
