RGN takes pride in the results of its client survey

At RGN brand identity services we provide our services to a wide variety of organisations. All our clients and projects are unique and provide us with unique learning opportunities. That is why we annually conduct a client survey to measure client satisfaction and the quality of the services we provide. After evaluating our projects, we are very proud to receive an even higher score from our clients than last year, we went from an 8 to an 8.6!

We are also pleased to report that our ISO and VCA certificates have been renewed. With ISO 9001:2015 we are ready for the future. The auditor was particularly pleased with our improvement programs for managing our local heroes. Thanks to these programs, we are better able to guarantee the quality of our services, even abroad. Where ISO focuses mainly on internal procedures, the VCA** 2008/5.1 assesses how we perform when it comes to a safe working environment, especially at our project sites. Prior to certain activities, we make a task risk analysis to determine possible risks and how to overcome them. The auditor was very pleased with the degree of detail in our analyses.
