RGN takes pride in the results of its client survey
For this reason, we conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and project evaluations. Here we ask our clients to review us and our services. Not only generally, but specifically as well when it comes to the quality of the work, communication with our staff members and the way we have organised the project. The evaluation of all our projects yielded an average score of 8 out of 10. A score we are all very proud of!
Measuring customer satisfaction is part of our ISO procedures as well. We were recently reassessed and we are pleased to announce that our certificates ISO 9001: 2008 and VCA ** 2008 / 5.1 are renewed!
