Rebranding without disturbance of the primary process
The fleet of ENGIE is one of the largest in the Netherlands. In order to rebrand all 2200 vehicles as quickly and smoothly as possible, we have arranged 50 rebranding locations throughout the country. Consequently all vehicles could be provided with the new brand identity, without major disturbances to the primary activities of ENGIE. Proper project management, thorough planning and clear communication are of great importance in this type of projects. Due to CI-Control, our online project management environment, all parties involved had access to the correct information and insight into the current state of the project at all times.

Regarding the office and project sites RGN supervised the entire process. In addition to translating the design into technical specifications and a signage family we have inventoried all office locations, supervised the permit procedures and supported ENGIE with the vendor selection.
