RGN is involved in the rebranding of TNT Fashion to Bleckmann

RGN brand identity services is involved in the rebranding of Bleckmann, the new organisation that arose from the acquisition of TNT Fashion by Belspeed. Due to a harsh contractual deadline on May 15th, this is a challenging project in which accurate planning, communication and flexibility are essential. Edwin Pikkemaat from Bleckmann: “RGN gives us the confidence to have completed the rebranding before the deadline, without compromising on appearance and quality.”

Challenges
The harsh deadline, combined with a hectic first few months of the year for Bleckmann, provides a number of challenges in this project. In consultation with Bleckmann we have set a tight schedule. Combined with a close collaboration with all parties involved this schedule makes sure that all TNT Fashion images on the vehicle fleet and the buildings in the Netherlands and Belgium are replaced before May 15th.

Approach
We work closely with multiple organisations for the rebranding of the vehicle fleet as well as the rebranding of the buildings. The signage and wayfinding in and around the buildings, for instance, will be installed by local parties as much as possible. And when it comes to the vehicles, for the repainting operations alone there are three companies involved. By means of sound coordination, documentation and communication with both the executive parties and Bleckmann, RGN ensures that brand identity guidelines are maintained and the tight schedule will be met.
